We are pleased you are considering establishing a Healing Center in your church.  There are four (4) levels of involvement in a Restoring The Foundations Healing Ministry in your church.

 Providing and Equipping
Your church can make use of any resources available, such as RTF Healing/Deliverance video, RTF Activation, Advanced and Training/Teacher seminars.  You can send teams to RMHH both for ministry and training.  If you choose this level we would train your leadership to oversee the RTF Ministry in your church.

Assisting and Equipping
We recommend that you start with the video "Healing/Deliverance", or schedule Pastors John and Barbara to conduct a Healing/Deliverance Seminar in your church.  You can order this video through the RMHH ($250.00 set by the Network).  There are two reasons for showing this video to your congregation before we begin training with you.  One, it will bring freedom and healing to your people, and two, they will understand the importance of beginning an RTF ministry in your church, and eventually a Healing House to not only serve your people, but the community as well.
The next step would be for RMHH to conduct the Issue-Focused Seminar for a smaller group, focusing on the church leadership, cell group/care group leaders and the prospective ministry teams.
Immediately following this seminar, we would train your lead team couple to minister to other potential teams and/or leadership within the church.  (If this Lead Team has not already had the RTF personal ministry, we would ask that they come to RMHH in Ft. Mill for their week  of personal ministry before they could minister to others.)  Depending on the model of training you choose, it could take from one to three weeks if each team can be involved full time in the training for two of the three weeks.  Much will depend on how easily all those involved can coordinate their schedules.  Local church leadership would then be responsible to oversee the development of the RTF ministry.  If you desire, we can have a team revisit you occasionally, to provide further teaching, or to sit with your church teams while they are ministering, to provide additional fine tuning of their ministry skills.

Building and Establishing
We will enter into an agreement with you to be responsible for the oversight of developing your ministry program within your church.  Besides all of the activities described in Levels One and Two, we, and/or our teams, would continue with periodic visits to supervise, impart additional teaching and training, and to train other RTF teams.  We would eventually train experienced teams to become trainers.  We would do all of this with close coordination and submission to the Pastors and vision of the church.

Establishing a Healing House
The RTF Ministry Teams serving in the official Healing House Network as RTF Ministers have gone through an extended training and qualification process.  If you desire for your RTF Ministers to qualify, these are the steps:

a.  Each one has read, knows and understands God's basic principles from the book Restoring the Foundations. (5-10 hours)

b.  Each one has received RTF personal ministry. (15 hours of individual RTF or 36 hours of RTF Ministry for a couple)

c.  Each one has attended and RTF Healing/Deliverance Seminar (or video). (12-15 hours)

d.  Each one has received training in an RTF Activation Seminar using the Issue-Focused books.  Each one has been released by the seminar leaders to minister to others using the Issue-Focused Ministry format. (14-16 hours)

e.  Each one has received training in the "Observing Step" while an experienced RTF Ministry Team ministered to two people, preferably a married couple. (30-36 hours)

f.  Each one had received training in the "Ministry Step" by ministering the RTF complete format to two people under the oversight of a qualified RTF trainer. (40-50 hours)

g.  Each one has been released by the RTF Trainers and the Pastors of the church to minister to others with a qualified team mate using the complete RTF format.  They are recognized as RTF Church Lay Ministers.

h.  Each one has attended periodic training/supervision meeting in your church (If you would provide such meetings).

i.  Each one has joined the HH Network as an RTF Church Lay Minister.

j.  Each one has ministered to at least twelve (12) people as an RTF Church Lay Minister with his team mate to gain experience and verify God's giftings and calling.

k.  Each one has applied to the Healing House Network to be evaluated and qualified as an RTF Healing House Minister (Kylstras will appoint someone from the Network to come and observe this team.  They are always kind and will work with this team.)

l.  Each one has qualified as an RTF Healing House Minister by ministering to a couple with a team mate while being observed/evaluated by a HHN-provided Trainer.
