 1. Issue-Focused
Minister Training: Individuals wishing to become a Restoring the Foundations
Minister must first be released as an Issue-Focused Minister.

3. Observation:
In this training step, a trainee team observes an experienced team conducting
the entire ministry process "live" with at least one ministry receiver. This
helps them gain an understanding of how the parts of
the
integrated ministry fit and flow together.
(Generally 20
hours of training, including the preparation and evaluation time.) |

4. Ministry with
a Trainer: In this training step, the trainee team receives supervised training
as they conduct RTF thorough ministry with two ministry receivers (This ideally
is a couple). The trainee team experiences the
application
of the entire RTF integrated ministry
to the people.
(Generally 50 hours, including the preparation and evaluation times). |
