Counseling hurting people is an awesome responsibility, and at the same time, a great privilege. You and God, co-laboring together are responsible, to a large degree, for the destiny of an eternal being sitting in front of you. The things you say and do will affect them for a lifetime. It is important to be properly prepared through education, training, and above all else, impartation and anointing. When God uses you, and you witness in a matter of hours, changes of a lifetime of habit and bondage, you humbly give God glory. |

The RTF process does not require a college degree, nor extensive training in psychology or other academic education. These can be very helpful, but a person with the call of God on his life to counsel, who has sound biblical understanding, can be trained, and receive an impartation as a RTF Minister.
